It's an exclusive celebration hosted by Overclockin Records for our 50th release, featuring top-tier Drum & Bass and Techno music. Join us for a night of music, celebration, and connection as we bring our beats to the beautiful backdrop of the Athenian coastline.

WHO ARE WE?
We are OVERCLOCKIN, a music label and creative agency based in London.

WHEN IS THE EVENT?
The event takes place on Sunday, September 15th, 2024, from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM.

WHERE IS THE EVENT?
The party will be held on a boat departing from Marina Alimou, Athens, Greece. We’ll set sail at 5:00 PM and return to the marina by midnight.

WHAT MUSIC CAN I EXPECT?
We’re bringing our roster of artists from the UK, Italy, and Greece to host this epic event. Expect a mix of Techno and Drum & Bass, featuring special local guests Ate and Nana who will keep the energy high all night long.

WILL THE BOAT BE MOVING?
Yes, the boat will depart from Marina Alimou at 5:00 PM, cruise for 1.5 hours, then anchor until 10:30 PM before returning to the marina by midnight.

HOW MANY PEOPLE WILL BE ON BOARD?
A total of 50 people, including 10 DJs, camera crew, organizers, and 40 attendees.

WILL THERE BE CAMERAS?
Yes, we’ll be filming the DJ sets with a multi-camera crew. By attending, you agree to be on camera, and the footage may be used for marketing purposes.

1. TICKET PURCHASE1.1. Price:
The ticket price for the Overclockin Records Boat Party is €70 per person, including 1 drink on entrance.1.2. Sales Channels:
Tickets can be purchased in advance through this official Overclockin Records channel ONLY. No tickets will be sold on the day of the event.1.3. Payment Methods:
Payment for tickets can be made using the accepted payment methods available on our official ticketing platform. Please ensure that your payment is processed to secure your spot.1.4. Ticket Holder:
Tickets are non-transferable. The name on the ticket must match the ID of the person attending. Entry may be denied if these details do not match.

2. REFUND POLICY2.1. No Refunds:
All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable under any circumstances, including, but not limited to, personal illness, changes in personal circumstances, or failure to arrive on time for the boat's departure.2.2. Event Cancellation:
In the unlikely event that Overclockin Records cancels the event, ticket holders will be entitled to a full refund. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for purchase.2.3. Late Arrival:
The boat will depart promptly at 5:00 PM. No refunds or compensation will be provided to ticket holders who fail to arrive on time and miss the departure.

3. EVENT DETAILS3.1. Boarding:
Boarding will begin at 4:00 PM at Marina Alimou, Athens, Greece. All attendees must be present by 4:45 PM at the latest.3.2. Departure:
The boat will depart at 5:00 PM sharp. Latecomers will not be accommodated, and no refunds will be issued for missed departures.3.3. Duration and Route:
The boat party will last from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM. The boat will move for approximately 1.5 hours, then anchor in the middle of the sea until 10:30 PM, before returning to the marina by 12:00 AM.

4. CONDUCT AND SAFETY4.1. Behavior:
All attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner. Overclockin Records reserves the right to remove any individual whose behavior is deemed inappropriate or disruptive, without refund.4.2. Safety Regulations:
Attendees must adhere to all safety instructions provided by the crew. Failure to comply with safety regulations may result in removal from the event without refund.

5. LIABILITY5.1. Personal Belongings:
Attendees are responsible for their own personal belongings. Overclockin Records is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items during the event.5.2. Personal Injury:
Overclockin Records and its affiliates are not responsible for any personal injury or illness sustained during the event, except where caused by gross negligence on the part of Overclockin Records or its agents.

6. MEDIA AND MARKETING6.1. Filming and Photography:
The event will be recorded and photographed for marketing and promotional purposes. By purchasing a ticket and attending, you consent to being filmed and photographed. These images and videos may be used by Overclockin Records in various media without further consent or compensation.6.2. Privacy:
Personal data provided during the ticket purchase process will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy.

7. PAYMENT FOR DRINKS7.1. On-Board Purchases:
Drinks on board will be available for €5 per drink. Payment for drinks will be cash-only. Please ensure you bring sufficient cash to cover your on-board purchases.

8. FOFCE MAJEURE8.1. Event Changes:
Overclockin Records reserves the right to make necessary changes to the event schedule or cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or other factors beyond our control.8.2. Liability for Changes:
In the event of significant changes to the event or its cancellation due to force majeure, Overclockin Records will not be liable for any costs incurred by attendees, including but not limited to travel expenses or accommodation.
